François Jarry
Track coach
François is passionate about running and competes at a high level. Among his achievements, he was named Road Runner of the Year for three consecutive years (2017 to 2019) by Athlétisme Québec, and was crowned Quebec Marathon Champion and Canadian Indoor 3000m Champion, both in 2024.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education and a master’s degree in sport and exercise psychology. His coaching career began in 2019. He joined Boreal as an assistant coach in 2022 and has been serving as the club's head coach since 2026.
He is the host of the podcast “Le monde de la course”, since 2019.
François loves seeing his athletes give their all in training and surpass their goals. He looks forward to running with you and helping you achieve yours!
