|
|
Hy Kyla,
What should one do if they're going to be away for the 30K run (March 20th) and won't be able to do that run on the weekend? Should I try and do it the Monday (the 22nd)? I'm going to a Crossfit competition and there's events both on the Saturday and Sunday, so I don't think throwing in a 30K run would be the smartest of ideas...
Thanks!

Hi Cecile,
There is more than one 30km run on your marathon plan...and so I do not consider missing one the end of the world...You will be training (or rather competing hard) if you have a crossfit competition, so I would say, recover from your competition and get back on the plan so that you get at least one long run (30km +) in b/4 Ottawa. |

Hey Cecile,
Just checking in with you...I'm not sure where you're at with your injury and I just wanted to let you know that we miss you @ the track. If there is any way that I can be helpful with your bo-bos let me know.
