Presume you signed up for the 22k?

The web site says:
In the 20 K, 11,8 K and 6,5 K, you'll have to negotiate with roots, rocks, mud, streams, mooses...

Mooses? Meese? Mees? According to Google, the plural of moose is plain old moose. I think it's time to liven up the English language, bring it into the 21st century so to speak (spaek?). Please answer here with your suggestion for the plural of moose. Winning entry gets a hearty handshake and a pat on the back.

Yes, I did register for the 22 K and chose the first wave.
(They say that the distances are accurate within 10%, so it could actually be a 20K or 22K)

Michael and Stephanie are intending to do likewise.
However the discount with the promo code of XTRAIL2018 is only 10% or $6.50, so there was no real rush to do so, except to make sure to register before the limit of runners is reached.

You didn't supply an alternative for the plural of moose. Off to the gulag with you.

The correct plural of moose is mice.

That's exactly what I was thinking of saying but I thought it would be silly and honestly I don't know and so in that case one should just keep quiet unlike many other times when I know what I am talking about. Does it ring a bell, Paul?

I've never witnessed you quiet, and you never know what you're talking about.

Jo and I have registered for the 12k as well!
We'll see if our altitude "training" (well walking ,eating and drinking) makes any difference. :D
See you there and for lunch after.
